Overview

Facilitating co-creation workshops is a core part of my service design practice. I design and lead collaborative sessions that bring diverse stakeholders together to explore problems, exchange perspectives, and build shared understanding through structured yet engaging activities.

Facilitation Philosophy

My facilitation approach is strongly shaped by my background in teaching. I believe effective workshops are less about delivering information and more about creating the right conditions for dialogue, participation, and collective sense-making. This means designing experiences where participants feel comfortable contributing, roles are clearly understood, and conversations remain focused yet open.

I focus on guiding discussions rather than directing them, enabling participants to actively engage, question assumptions, and build on each other’s ideas.

Learning Curve & Growth

Learning Curve & Growth

Learning Curve & Growth

My facilitation style evolved through continuous feedback and iteration. Early learnings focused on improving icebreakers, activity design, and pacing. Over time, the focus shifted from a teaching mindset to enabling dialogue, peer learning, and shared ownership of outcomes.

This growth was formally recognized by my professor, who highlighted my ability to clearly establish stakeholder roles, sustain engagement throughout sessions, and ensure meaningful participation—outcomes that are often difficult to achieve in real-world business contexts.
