This project explores the convergence of Conversational AI and the Financial Information Exchange (FIE). I designed a strategic proposal to move the retrieval of sensitive tax records from high-friction government portals to a secure, chat-based environment. This allows a Financial Information User (FIU) such as a lender or verifier to fetch a user's fiscal history through a simple, consent-driven digital handshake.
