Founded in 2014, Dunzo revolutionized the "quick commerce" and hyper-local delivery market in India. Starting as a simple task-management service on WhatsApp, it evolved into an AI-driven platform providing on-demand delivery of groceries, medicines, and "anything-to-anything" courier services.

Through this heuristic evaluation, I transitioned from a casual user to a critical designer, learning to identify the subtle friction points that impact the overall user journey. By applying Jakob Nielsen’s principles to Dunzo, I realized that the most impactful UX work often lies in solving high-severity usability gaps such as navigation clarity and error prevention rather than just making aesthetic improvements. This project reinforced my understanding of prioritization, teaching me how to focus on design changes that directly improve task success and user confidence.
