Dunzo’s success was built on three main pillars
Leveraging a fleet of "Dunzo Partners" to navigate dense urban traffic for deliveries in under 30–45 minutes.
Connecting existing local merchants with consumers rather than holding inventory.
Through this heuristic evaluation, I transitioned from a casual user to a critical designer, learning to identify the subtle friction points that impact the overall user journey. By applying Jakob Nielsen’s principles to Dunzo, I realized that the most impactful UX work often lies in solving high-severity usability gaps such as navigation clarity and error prevention rather than just making aesthetic improvements. This project reinforced my understanding of prioritization, teaching me how to focus on design changes that directly improve task success and user confidence.
